We are BEYOND stoked to bring you the first annual Fete De Femmes ~ fancy french for “The Party of Women.” This unique retreat event is designed to create deep bonds and invite intimacy, honesty, and build lifelong friendships. This is different from other retreats, as you will be more than a guest – you will be an active participant in making the experience as amazing as possible. Our invite-only approach is designed to make sure that we have a group of totally rad women who are willing to share their unique gifts with the group. Bring your ukulele, massage skills, hair braiding, joke-telling, or whatever else makes your heart sing. We’ll bring the sparkles, sprinkles and confetti cake.

What To Expect

Four days and three nights of belly laughs, inside jokes, sun, salt, sand, and seriously awesome people! This four day retreat was built to celebrate Stoked Yogi founder Amelia’s 30th birthday in true stoked yogi style – sun-kissed and buzzed on champagne, yoga, and the salt air of the Pacific ocean. We will paddle and SUP yoga in the ocean, practice feel-good vinyasa flow on the beach to the tunes of Trevor Hall, enjoy s’mores around the evening bonfire, hike to a Big Sur waterfall, have a limo dance party on the way to a no-stretchy-pants dinner, bond over tarot readings and share deep talks over a glass of wine on our oceanfront deck as the sun sinks over the horizon and paints colors on the sky. We promise rainbows and unicorns. Tequila and glow sticks. Secret sharing, bonding, and lots and lots of laughter. A weekend you’ll never forget, with no mistakes and no regrets.

Where We’ll Be

This unique retreat experience is held on one of the last remaining stretches of untouched beach in central California. We have two neighboring oceanfront homes in the sleepy town of Cayucos, Amelia’s most sacred place in the world. Nestled in the heart of the central coast, Cayucos is south of the majestic redwoods and rugged coastline of Big Sur, north of the palm trees of Santa Barbara, and west of the lush rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country. The gathering place for this retreat is Amelia’s family beach house, built by her great-grandfather in the 1950’s. The house sits directly on the ocean, steps from the sand, so you can watch dolphins play in the surf – or go play in the surf yourself! Collect shells, walk to the Cayucos pier, yoga on the beach – it’s all at your fingertips.

Accommodations and Meals

You will feel right at home in the two comfortable and fully stocked beach houses that we have reserved for this incredible long weekend. From laundry to wi-fi, you’ll have everything you need to settle in and completely relax. Breakfast and dinner will be served daily, and this is not your typical yoga fare of gluten-free vegan (though of course we welcome and can accommodate those options!). It’s Amelia’s 30th birthday, and we are celebrating with all of her favorite things: tacos and margaritas, surf and turf BBQ with grilled veggies and garlic mash, craft cocktails, champagne, sushi, the works! Dark chocolate? Yes. Red wine? I think so. Green juice? You betcha. We know how to balance indulgence and wellness, and this retreat will be the pinnacle of artful balance.

Who You’ll Meet

We don’t do mean girls. Your retreat hostesses, Amelia Travis and Rachel Perez, believe in living each day as an embodiment of love. We love yoga, impromptu dance parties, sun bathing, and big hugs. We like to give presents for no reason. We are fun, funny, and unafraid to love hard and fall fast into deep friendships that will last a lifetime. Getting There

We will have a carpool leaving LAX area Thursday morning early and returning Sunday afternoon/evening.

Cayucos is just north of San Luis Obispo, California. The nearest domestic airports are San Luis Obispo (SBP) and Santa Maria (SMX). Connecting flights are available through international terminals at Los Angeles (LAX), San Jose (SJO) and San Francisco (SFO).
