This workshop is open to ALL faiths, and will include mellow movement, mediation, prayer, relaxation and journaling.

Amelia and Kerri both follow the teachings of Jesus, and through this workshop we hope to bridge the gap between Christianity and yoga – to encourage believers to work within their yoga practice and teaching to develop a deeper relationship with God. This workshop is open to ALL faiths, and will include mellow movement, mediation, prayer, relaxation and journaling.

Come as you are, with an open mind and heart. Leave room for transformation and healing, as the Holy Spirit provides.
