#MermaidYogis Day 3: Low Boat

Get ready to fire up your core! This seemingly simple pose will have you engaging all your abdominal muscles and building heat in the body in no time.

  1. Start lying on your back. Bring legs together, and reach arms up overhead. Inhale as you extend through arms and legs.
  2. Exhale, wrap arms around your legs and make yourself into a little ball.
  3. Inhale, extend arms overhead and toes away from your face.
  4. Exhale, wrap and round.
  5. Repeat five to ten times with the breath.
  6. You can also alternate between this posture and day 4, supine crow.
