- Start lying on your back. Bring legs together, and reach arms up overhead. Inhale as you extend through arms and legs.
- Exhale, wrap arms around your legs and make yourself into a little ball.
- Inhale, extend arms overhead and toes away from your face.
- Exhale, wrap and round.
- Repeat five to ten times with the breath.
- You can also alternate between this posture and day 4, supine crow.
